Using UNC path to access hotfolder on network environment
In the Flipview Hotfolder application select Hotfolders and add new hotfolder or select existing one. in Hotfolder path section press the change link and select the hotfolder destination from network the address should look like in the below figure, as UNC path format [//networkLocation/..../hotfolder1]. Do not use mapped drives because the service can only access UNC Path.
